We measure risk using various methods taking in to consideration factors such as liquidity risk, price sensitivity, geographical risk, spreads, volatility, currency risk and political risk just to name a few. We also take into consideration the close relationships that we have developed being a private fund with our advisors and analysts. Together as a team we determine if the risk involved in any investment meets our risk tolerance level. It is only after the measurement of risk is determined that we as a team will decide whether or not to move on any investment opportunity.
